What a day!

The weather gods were benevolent (not a lot of rain), the stalls provided a wonderful selection of produce to eat and drink, Council health and safety officers happy, the police not so happy, punters obviously happy, and the volunteers exhausted.

The Fayre today was a wonderful event.

Only two sleeps to go before the big day.  Here's the program.

And the co-ordinator was interviewed on ABC Ballarat yesterday morning.

Can you make the perfect pancake?

Christine Lewis, owner of 65 Main, says she can. And she'll be demonstrating her skills at the Fayre on Sunday at 2.30pm.

This was Christine demonstrating the perfect poached pear last year.

The Age Epicure and Jetstar
